Trivet is a restaurant run by Johnny Lake who moved to the UK in 2005 to join The Fat Duck and became Head Chef in 2009 and was subsequently made Executive Head Chef of The Fat Duck Group. He departed the restaurant in 2018 to pursue personal projects and collaborate on Trivet with Isa Bal. Trivet is tucked away in not far from London Bridge station/ Bermondsey.

Trivet is stylishly modern with wood panelled walls and yellow leather banquette seating lining one side of the space There is also a very generous bar area which sees suspended brass shelves hung above the large marble counter which is flanked by comfortable, slick-looking stools. Guests are welcomed and encouraged to enjoy a few snacks and drinks here whether they’re planning to join for a full meal or not, the bar has a huge selection of wine about 15 pages
