Don’t be fooled by their beautiful marketing, Cold Laundry is smoke & mirrors. They are unable to fulfill orders and do not have a customer service team to respond to customers. I placed an order two months ago and have yet to see a refund on my credit card for items that were “no longer available” after 5 weeks of waiting for delivery.
Dozens of emails with no response. No phone number to call. No product to ship. $500 charged to my credit card for nothing.

Yea there has been issues ,I have seen couple posts complaining but I think it’s better to go to the store if you live in the UK.Lets hope they will improve on service.

You should also be aware that Cold Laundry Ltd has been legally wound up in February 2020 and you can register yourself for $500 as non secured creditor upon your request to the liquidator, which is generally no hope for refund. Oddly someone has established another company Cold Laundry “Brand” Ltd in the same month they wound up. This seems scam.
Yes to me happened the same. The jacket i ordered was already in bad condition when i received it.
so I asked them for a refund and they would do it. 3 Weeks later i‘m still waiting for the refund and now neither do i have the jacket nor the refund.
Still waiting for a refund,after not fullfilling my order,never reply to calls or emails,my order was placed early November.

Think you should check out this thread on Cold Laundry. They source all their stuff from Chinese Taobao / Korean markets. Most definitely NOT regulated or ethically sourced.

Has anybody had their refund yet! I am still waiting ,they are saying they are now doing manual refunds?
This has now been ongoing for weeks.
Similar complaint to everyone else. Responses were not timely, item took 4 weeks for them to even ship it out of their warehouse. They shipped it after I clearly told them to cancel my order since I had no need or desire for it at that point due to the long wait and failure to deliver in a timely manner. When I finally received the jacket it was in poor condition, frayed all along the zipper with little pieces of material stringing off.
Customer service was horrendous, non-responsive, and they even gave me some sassy replied which were not appreciated. I can emphasize enough, it’s not worth what you pay for it.
I’ve bought the brick pants and they still not arrived. It’s been a month and 10 days.
I bet if i order something from china it’ll arrive before the cold laundry pants…

Holy shit, I haven’t gotten a refund back either. I ordered a sweatsuit and bucket hat on Christmas 2019, it took them over a month to ship it, only for it to be missing the bucket hat. I’ve been waiting for a refund for the hat ever since — it’s been over a month for that too. So pissed that this is a pattern from them, what the fuck.

I left some comments on the COLD LAUNDRY Instagram page asking for help, and the page blocked me. I was so mad so I posted my received, my email conversation with Cold Laundry, and the customer reviews on my page and I tagged them along with as many fashion bloggers I could find in London and Manchester. the Owners finally reached out to me, and everything went fast and smoothy when you get a hold of them on IG. I just received my package today after 5 months of back and forth. I’m so thankful, but I will never EVER purchase anything from them from now on.
Same here, more than 2 months to receive my order, and thats only because i start commenting all their social media. I’m in France btw. We should let people know this is not serious business.
